Rimon Adds Two Venture Capital Partners to California Offices

David Case and Hayk Mamajanyan have joined Rimon PC as partners in the Silicon Valley and Los Angeles offices respectively, the firm said Monday.

Case, an intellectual property and venture capital attorney, represents companies in joint ventures, revenue share arrangements, intellectual property and venture capital transactions, and M&A transactions, according to Rimon.

Mamajanyan, a corporate, venture capital, and M&A attorney, focuses on strategic and transactional matters acting as a legal advisor and a strategic partner, said the firm.
