Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Tuesday faced a skeptical panel of judges tasked with determining whether the independent presidential candidate can require YouTube to restore his videos that violated the platform’s policies against vaccine misinformation.
Kennedy argues YouTube’s policy against medical misinformation is “impermissibly vague” and that the Google-owned video sharing site acted at the behest of the Biden administration in targeting his videos for removal, violating his First Amendment rights.
