Retirement-Fund Fee Suits Draw Review by U.S. Supreme Court

The U.S. Supreme Court agreed to decide whether workers can sue to claim their employer-sponsored retirement plans are charging unnecessarily high fees.

Taking up a case that could affect the rights of millions of Americans with retirement assets in employer-sponsored plans, the justices will hear arguments from Northwestern University employees seeking to revive a lawsuit thrown out by a federal appeals court.
