Retired Boston Judge Tapped to Mediate Jackson Walker Fee Fight

A retired bankruptcy judge from Boston has been selected to mediate a dispute between the Justice Department’s bankruptcy watchdog and Jackson Walker LLP over the firm’s failure to disclose its ex-partner’s romance with a former Houston judge.

Joan N. Feeney will mediate at an in-person session on June 16, according to a joint notice from the US Trustee and the Texas firm filed on May 30 in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
