Rag & Bone Gets Interim Order Protecting Miramar Name on Clothes

Rag & Bone Holdings LLC was granted a temporary restraining order by a federal court that prevents Miramar Brands Group Inc. from interfering with the sale and promotion of its Miramar line of clothes.

Rag & Bone showed that it’s likely to suffer irreparable harm if MBG doesn’t stop telling third parties that they were violating the Lanham Act by allowing Rag & Bone to promote and sell the Miramar line in their stores or on their web platforms, Judge Lorna G.
