A lawsuit challenging
The electric power infrastructure company and plaintiffs representing the proposed class of workers on Jan. 17 filed a stipulation dismissing the entire case with prejudice, with no attorneys’ fees or costs awarded to either side. The one-page document, filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas, didn’t include details about how the dispute was resolved, and counsel for the parties didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
