PlainSite Founder Wants Musk Barred From Paying Voters (Correct)

The founder of PlainSite wants a federal court to stop Elon Musk from following through on his promise to pay $1 million to swing state voters who sign a petition for his political action committee.

Aaron Greenspan says Musk’s newly announced voter initiative violates federal election law, according to the Oct. 20 motion.

Greenspan asked Judge Maxine M. Chesney in the US District Court for the Northern District of California for Musk to be temporarily restrained and permanently enjoined from paying voters.

“In effect, defendant Musk has constructed an illegal lottery system to swing the presidential election,” Greenspan said. ...
