Perkins Coie Recruits Bhattacharyya, McCauley as IP Partners

Arpita Bhattacharyya and Robert McCauley joined Perkins Coie as partners in its intellectual property and patent litigation practices in Palo Alto, Calif., the firm announced Monday.

Bhattacharyya advises clients on patent litigation and prosecution strategies, as well as post-grant proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office. She represents clients in complex patent litigation cases before district courts, the International Trade Commission, and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the firm said.

McCauley represents clients in litigation involving semiconductor devices, optical networks, bicycle suspension systems, data center cooling systems, medical devices, software, and pharmaceuticals. He specializes ...
