Penn State Defeats Male Ex-Professor’s Sex Harassment, Bias Suit

Pennsylvania State University won dismissal of a bias lawsuit brought by a professor who said a female professor’s “intolerable” sexual harassment forced him to resign.

Michael Nassry didn’t timely file his complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and isn’t entitled to equitable tolling because nothing prevented him from filing a charge on time other than “his own choices and actions,” the US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania said Tuesday.
