Papa John’s Sees Appeal of Arbitration Denial in Marketer Suit

A marketing group defending itself in litigation over the Papa John’s International Inc. founder’s departure is appealing a federal judge’s recent decision to reject arbitration.

Defendant 247 Group LLC, doing business as Laundry Service, on Tuesday gave notice of its appeal to the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
