Orrick to Argue Three Cases in First Weeks of Supreme Court Term (Corrected)

Orrick attorneys will argue three different cases before the U.S. Supreme Court during the first two-week argument sitting, which begins Oct. 5.

E. Joshua Rosenkranz will appear in the much-anticipated copyright case Google v. Oracle Oct. 7, Kelsi Corkran will argue the Fourth Amendment case Torres v. Madrid Oct. 14 and later that day, Brian Goldman will argue an immigration dispute in Pereida v. Barr.

Only the U.S. Solicitor General’s Office, the federal government’s representative at the high court, is participating in more cases. The office will send eight attorneys, including three women.
