An attorney in Ohio will receive a fully stayed six-month suspension for several incidents involving consumption of alcohol, including one in which she yelled profanities at a judge, the state’s top court ruled Thursday.
The Columbus Bar Association accused Natalie J. Bahan, who previously received a public reprimand for wrongful legal solicitation, of professional misconduct stemming from several incidents involving alcohol. In one instance, Bahan allegedly drank alcohol at a bar holiday event and yelled expletives at a judge.
