Beelee Seah has joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner with the banking and finance team in Singapore, the firm said Friday.
Seah has experience with structuring and executing cross-border financings with a focus on fund finance and the Vietnam market, according to Norton Rose Fulbright.
He joins from Baker McKenzie.
