A lawsuit challenging a Texas law barring people under age 21 from working in “sexually oriented” businesses should head to trial, a federal magistrate judge said.
The parties’ summary judgment motions “are a waste of the court’s and the parties’ resources,” US Magistrate Judge Mark Lane of the US District Court for the Western District of Texas said in a report and recommendation filed Wednesday.
