Ninth, Second Circuits Set to Reopen Oral Arguments to Public

The nation’s largest federal appeals court based in California is among several circuits reopening oral arguments to the public for the first time since the start of the pandemic.

Decisions by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and several others mark new steps by the federal court system to return to normal operations following disruptions dating to the spring 2020 when coronavirus started to sweep across the country.
