The New York State court system will require judges and court staff who haven’t been vaccinated to undergo regular Covid-19 testing as new infections are on the rise.
Under the program, the court system also “strongly encourages” judges and staff to get vaccinated, according to a Wednesday press release from the court system.
At least two federal district courts—the Eastern District of Arkansas and District of Puerto Rico—have reinstated mask mandates for all people entering the courthouse.
