NAR Names New Top Lawyer After Antitrust Battles, Exec Turnover

The National Association of Realtors Inc. has named Jonathan Waclawski as its new general counsel, filling a vacancy that emerged late last year as the trade group battled antitrust claims.

Waclawski has worked for NAR previously in two different capacities, most recently as vice president of political advocacy. He disclosed his new job via LinkedIn. His title has also been updated on the organization’s website. Neither Waclawski nor NAR responded to requests for comment.
