Peter Fusco, Jae Zhou, and Frank Paz joined Morrison Foerster as partners in its emerging companies and venture capital group in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
The trio advises venture funds and tech companies throughout all stages of their life cycle, from pre-incorporation planning to angel, seed, and growth rounds to exit in mergers and acquisitions, the firm said.
Fusco will serve as co-chair of the ECVC group.
