Michigan State Coach’s Lawyer Calls Ex-Staffer’s Suit Vexatious

Counsel for Michigan State University’s former top football coach asked a federal Michigan court to dismiss and impose sanctions over a retaliation suit filed by a former team staff member three weeks after he lost claims alleging he was wrongly fired for failing to cooperate with a sex assault investigation involving team members.
