Michael Cohen Search Warrant Document to Be Public in Part (1)

Documents related to the April 9 FBI search of Michael Cohen’s home, office and hotel room can be made public, with some redactions to protect ongoing investigations, a federal judge ruled.

U.S. District Judge William Pauley ruled Feb. 7 on a request from media organizations seeking access to the documents. He gave the government until Feb. 28 to file the materials under seal, with the proposed redactions for him to review. The judge said he’d then order the documents to be made public.
