Michael Best & Friedrich said Wednesday it plans to merge with Denver law firm Allen Vellone Wolf Helfrich & Factor effective Oct. 1.
The move helps Michael Best expand in Colorado and grow the litigation and bankruptcy practices, the Milwaukee-headquartered firm said in a statement.
The merger adds seven partners, eight other attorneys, and 11 professional staff to Michael Best, according to the statement. Michael Best said it now has more than 325 lawyers serving clients in 18 US offices.
