Miami Dolphins F-1 Racing Plan Needs Second Look, Residents Say

Residents of a predominantly Black neighborhood near the Miami Dolphins’ Hard Rock Stadium say new evidence warrants reinstatement of their suit challenging a plan to allow Formula One racing at the site.
