Men, Specialists Again Dominate Supreme Court Arguments

Men will once again dominate U.S. Supreme Court arguments when the court kicks off its November sitting Oct. 29.

Of the 34 attorneys slated to argue in the 12 cases through Nov. 7, only seven are women. Only three of those seven are attorneys at firms. The others are government lawyers.

Last sitting, only six of the 22 advocates were women. The court itself has three female justices and six men.
