Andriana Shultz Daly returned to McGuireWoods as a partner in its intellectual property practice in Richmond, Virginia, the firm announced Wednesday.
Daly rejoins the firm after four years at pharmaceutical company Indivior Inc. She handles patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation, advising clients across industries, including pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, medical device manufacturers, telecommunications providers, financial institutions, and colleges and universities, the firm said.
