McGuireWoods Adds Brandi Howard as Washington Litigation Partner

Brandi Howard rejoined McGuireWoods as a litigation partner in Washington, the firm announced Tuesday.

Howard advises corporate and individual clients in commercial disputes, appeals and government investigations, the firm said. She represents clients in cases involving constitutional issues such as free speech, religious freedom, and sovereign immunity, as well as breach of contract disputes and consumer protection claims.

In addition, she counsels clients in government and congressional investigations and conducts internal investigations to address potential regulatory and workplace concerns.

She joins from Brown Rudnick.
