A local feud over a settlement proposal for a major Clean Water Act case continues to play out on the Supreme Court’s docket.
In a letter dated Oct. 9 and submitted to the court the following day, Maui County lawyer Moana M. Lutey apologized for correspondence that another Maui official sent to the court.
