Man Charged With Barricading Himself in Portland US Court (2)

An Oregon man has been arrested and charged with illegally entering the federal courthouse in Portland, Oregon and barricading himself in the building’s mail room, according to court documents.

Ryan Bautista-Bonneau is facing misdemeanor charges of entering US property by false pretense and failing to comply with orders given by US marshals and other authorized officials, according to court papers. Bautista-Bonneau repeatedly attempted to enter the Mark O. Hatfield Federal Courthouse on Oct. 14 before eventually successfully getting into the building’s mail room and refusing to leave, according to a sworn affidavit.
