Magnet Maker Accuses Liberty Mutual of Suing in Wrong Venue

A magnet manufacturer asked a Pennsylvania federal court to toss a lawsuit by its insurer, Liberty Mutual Insurance Co., over coverage for pollution claims in favor of its own suit filed in Massachusetts.

The US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania should dismiss Liberty Mutual’s suit for lack of personal jurisdiction, Arnold Engineering Co. said in a Wednesday motion to dismiss.
