Lovepop Sues Competitors for Infringement of Pop-Up Card Design

Greeting card maker Lovepop Inc. filed two lawsuits against competitors in federal court accusing them of patent, copyright, and trademark infringement in relation to their pop-up greeting card designs.

Both cases were filed Tuesday. One was filed in the US District Court for the District of Colorado against PopLife LLC and the other was filed in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York against Paper Love LLC.
