Lockheed Martin Seeks Faster Way to Contest F-16 Contract Prices

A Lockheed Martin unit will ask an appeals court Thursday to reinstate claims that the $2 billion the US Air Force agreed to pay under F-16 fighter jet contracts wasn’t enough.

The deals to provide Singapore and South Korea with aircraft upgrades under the Foreign Military Sales Program were structured in a way that allowed the Air Force to set prices on its own after unsuccessful negotiations.
