A group of attorneys are facing potential sanctions after a judicial panel found they took actions to “judge shop” an Alabama lawsuit over transgender health care for minors in 2022.
The findings were revealed in a report unsealed on March 19, at the direction of US District Judge Liles Burke of the Northern District of Alabama.
