Lawyer Who ‘Shouted’ at Judge Fails to Overturn Sanctions in NY

An attorney who shouted at a magistrate judge and failed to comply with court orders could not convince the Second Circuit to overturn sanctions ordered against her, including a six-month suspension from practice before that court.
