A South Carolina lawyer was disbarred by the state’s highest court after a disciplinary investigation concluded he didn’t communicate with clients and made up excuses for his behavior when questioned about it.
“Considering the numerous instances of misconduct combined with Respondent’s deception of his clients, the courts, and ODC, we accept the Panel’s recommendation and disbar Respondent,” the South Carolina Supreme Court said Wednesday.
