An attorney who lost his law license in New Zealand for violating several ethics rules there was also disbarred in Oregon for the same conduct.
The en banc Oregon Supreme Court agreed with its disciplinary board that Christopher K. Skagen should be disbarred, and that there was no evidence this action “would result in grave injustice or be offensive to public policy,” the court said Thursday.
