Law Clerks Left Frustrated Over Judges’ Israel-Hamas Statements

Some law clerks say they’ve been frustrated by federal judges publicly weighing in on the Israel-Hamas war, even as they’ve been warned about openly discussing any topic that could be viewed as political.
