A conservative political action committee funded by billionaires Charles and David Koch won’t get a second chance to argue it shouldn’t have to disclose its biggest donors to California’s attorney general.
A divided U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit declined March 29 to permit rehearing of the case after Americans for Prosperity Foundation challenged a three-judge panel ruling against the PAC and Thomas More Law Center, a conservative Christian legal group.
