Ketanji Brown Jackson Starts New Memoir’s Publicity Blitz (1)

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson is launching a cross-country tour to promote the release of her memoir “Lovely One.”

Tuesday night’s kickoff event at the Apollo Theater in New York, where jazz greats like Billie Holiday and Miles Davis once performed, is one of at least 15 appearances over four weeks for the first Black woman on the US Supreme Court. The packed schedule includes at least seven sold out shows before Jackson is due back on the bench Oct. 7 to start the court’s new term.
