Katten Snags Former Latham Restructuring Partner Knight

Chicago firm Katten Muchin Rosenman has added former Latham & Watkins partner Peter Knight to its insolvency and restructuring practice.

Knight has worked with clients on out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings and capital structure situations. At Katten he’ll work with the firm’s private credit lawyers.

“Having him on our team further expands our ability to counsel our clients through all potential life cycles of a given transaction,” Katten private credit practice chair Michael Jacobson said in a statement.
