K&L Gates Taps Marotta, Skillman as Public Policy Partners

Marne Marotta and David Skillman joined K&L Gates as partners in its public policy and law practice in Washington, the firm announced Thursday.

Marotta provides clients with strategic guidance and counseling, devises and implements comprehensive advocacy campaigns, and builds coalitions with allied stakeholders, the firm said.

Skillman advises clients on matters at the intersection of tax and trade, focusing on semiconductors, intellectual property, critical minerals, and clean energy, the firm said.

They join from Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer.
