Justices to Skip Suit Seeking Environmental Review of DACA

The U.S. Supreme Court won’t consider an attempt to force the federal government to complete an environmental review of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program and other immigration policies, it said Monday.

Whitewater Draw Natural Resource Conservation District, the Arizona Association of Conservation Districts, and other groups and individuals said the government is required to review its proposed actions under the National Environmental Policy Act. Yet, the “government controlled addition of tens of millions” to the U.S. population has “never been reviewed under NEPA,” according to their petition.
