The US Supreme Court sought to untangle whether an Oregon man can proceed with a lawsuit against the FBI for placing him on its no fly list before removing him and then calling the matter moot.
The justices heard argument Monday in the case of Yonas Fikre, a U.S. citizen, who sued the government over his placement on the list prohibiting suspected terrorists from flying within, to, from, and over the US.
