The U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear a challenge to the president’s authority to raise special national security tariffs on imported goods, the justices announced Monday.
President Donald Trump in March 2018 imposed 25% tariffs on steel mill articles from around the world under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962.
