The Supreme Court won’t hear oral arguments today as those are postponed indefinitely over the coronavirus. But the justices still will issue orders and one or more opinions today.
No Handshakes: The justices are all healthy and met for their private conference to review cases on Friday, a court spokeswoman says. A number of them worked remotely and those attending in person abided by public health guidelines and avoided shaking hands.
