Justices Deny Parents’ Suit Over School Transgender Policy (1)

The Supreme Court declined to consider if a group of Wisconsin parents can challenge the gender identity policy at the public school their children attend.

In an order Monday, the justices declined to add another dispute involving transgender minors to its docket this term.

The parent group argues the Eau Claire Area School District allows children to change their gender identity at school through the name, pronouns, and bathroom they use, without their parents’ knowledge or consent.
