The head of the Justice Department policy office with a key role in judicial nominations is stepping down after less than three months on the job.
Aaron Reitz, a former Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) staffer who was installed as chief of the Office of Legal Policy in late March, announced his resignation on Wednesday in letters to President Donald Trump and Attorney General Pam Bondi posted on social media.
