Justice Department Epstein Files Compliance Audited by Watchdog

The Justice Department’s Office of the Inspector General is initiating an audit of the department’s compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act, according to a statement from the agency.

• OIG will review the Justice Department’s process for collecting and redacting material consistent with the requirements of the act, statement says
• OIG will issue a public report of the results when the audit is complete, statement says
