Businesses complying with Biden-era rules on overtime, independent contractor status, retirement investing, and other policy areas expected to be overhauled by the incoming Trump administration should largely be on solid legal ground by staying put, outgoing Acting Labor Secretary Julie Su said.
Many of the US Labor Department’s regulations from the last four years are expected to be rescinded or pared back under Trump.
