Judicial Stock Disclosure Bill Poised to Clear House Next Week

The Senate version of bipartisan legislation requiring greater transparency of financial disclosures for federal judges is expected to get a final vote in the House next week.

The House floor vote on the Courthouse Ethics and Transparency Act (H.R. 5720; S. 3059) is expected next week, a Democratic aide familiar with the timing said. If the House passes the Senate version, it will then go to President Joe Biden for his signature.
