Judge Who Jailed Woman for Refusing Drug Test Suspended

An Ohio judge who jailed a courtroom spectator for refusing his order to take a drug test was suspended from the bench for a year.

An “abuse of judicial power that deprives a person of his or her liberty is a significant violation of the public trust,” the Ohio Supreme Court said Tuesday,
