The Atlanta federal judge reprimanded for having an affair in her chambers appeared in court Wednesday for the first time since the judiciary released its misconduct findings against her.
The recent revelations about Judge Eleanor Ross of the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia weren’t raised as she presided over two hearings in criminal cases, held on the 17th floor of Atlanta’s Richard B. Russell Federal Building.
